Our staff are trained to the highest standards and DBS checks are compulsory for all the team members who join our organisation.

Our rigorous recruitment procedures ensure that we employ ideally suited candidates, personally interviewed by one of our trained consultants and thoroughly vetted to determine their skills and experience.

Staff are trained annually in Manual Handling, Emergency First Aid, Infection Control, Food Hygiene, Health & Safety. All our care workers will have either already attained or be working towards attaining their QCF (formerly NVQ) in Health and Social Care.
